  • PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Falcat Structure 1 Coplanar Rod Panel is used to place solar panels on a tiled roof with the correct slope and orientation. It also includes a threaded metal rod to be able to anchor the structure to the roof, without having to dismantle anything. The panel thickness accepted in these structures is between 30 and 45 mm for the frame.

The base of the roof can be a concrete slab or a wooden beam. For concrete, the use of a chemical plug is recommended, and for wood, pre-drilling with a No. 9 drill is recommended. Its clamps admit different types of profile thickness, for panels between 30 and 45 mm.

Anchoring is indicated for concrete ceilings and also for ceilings with wooden slats. It includes a sealing gasket for when the tile is drilled and the rod is inserted until it reaches the roof anchorage. It is recommended to do this at the tile's ridge so that, together with the protection offered by the solar panel located on the perforated surface, there is no filtering of any kind. The big advantage is the ease of installation, as it is not necessary to remove anything from the existing cover .

Structure Materials 1 Falcat Coplanar Bar Panel

The structure materials are anodised aluminum 6005 T5 and stainless steel. Anodized aluminum 6005 T5 is a highly resistant aluminum alloy due to its anodizing capacity and is used in the manufacture of structural profiles. All structures present can be offered in anodized aluminum, whose advantage over raw aluminum structures is greater resistance to corrosion.
